Legs are jello today, because I had leg day. Once you get past the motivation, the form, the actual workout, the next day struggle is real but so are the gainz!
The struggle to move is real. And superhumans can fall victim to this (ask Nadal, Kobe etc). This is also especially true when the remote is out of your reach.
Running is a necssary evil, which I’ve come to accept. But, it doesn’t have to be boring as you struggle to mile 1.
